Rev. Dr. Brandon Fisher, was born on October 29th in Charlotte, North Carolina. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2009, Doctorate of Jurisprudence from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2013 and Master of Arts in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary in 2016. He was saved on his 10th birthday at East Stonewall AME Zion Church in Charlotte, NC. He embarked in ministry in March 2011 at Grace AME Zion Church in Raleigh, NC. He served as the Youth Pastor at Mt. Zion AME Zion Church in Delway, NC from July 2011 to July 2013. On July 2, 2013, he was assigned Pastor of First A.M.E. Zion Church in Pasadena, CA where the membership doubled in his 4 years as Pastor. On July 2, 2017, he was the Pastor of Kyles Temple A.M.E. Zion Church in Sacramento, CA under the Episcopal Leadership of Bishop George D. Crenshaw. An attorney, he is also employed as the Operations Lead for Local and County Governance for LexisNexis StateNet and serves as a board member on the Sacramento Housing Code Advisory and Appeals Board . He is married to Victoria Fisher and they have one dog, Charlotte. His favorite Scripture is 2 Corinthians 3:17-18: “Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. And all of us, with unveiled faces, seeing the glory of the Lord as though reflected in a mirror, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another; for this comes from the Lord, the Spirit.”
